Delivery and Returns

Return Terms and Conditions

  1. Goods must be returned/collected within 7 days unless agreed prior to return confirmation/approval. Goods must be returned to Intec Microsystems unless collection is agreed prior. Tracking should be sent to returns@intecmicros.co.uk at the earliest point, including the CR reference it relates to. All RMAs not received within the 7 days will be notified of refusal and risk not being credited.
  2. All damages need to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Intec Microsystems may require additional evidence to support the return request. Customers must provide this if requested.
  3. Goods must be sealed unless otherwise stated in the return request, in which case the customer agrees to a restocking fee of up to 20%, to be agreed upon when the goods arrive at Intec Microsystems Ltd.
  4. Products ordered in error will incur a restocking fee depending on the condition of the goods and the time elapsed between shipment and return date. This will be a minimum of 10%, but is not fixed and is subject to other variables such as condition and overall value.
  5. Items returned that were/are not the property of Intec Microsystems Ltd must be collected by the customer within 48 hours of notification.
  6. All goods that have been used/opened shall be tested/inspected, with Intec Microsystems reserving the right to refuse the RMA after testing and/or apply a restocking fee based on the condition of the goods. All goods must include all accessories and manuals unless stated otherwise at the time of submission.
  7. All goods will be inspected upon arrival at Intec Microsystems. If damage has occurred to the manufacturer box that was not stated prior to the return request, Intec Microsystems may request evidence of the goods' condition prior to shipment/collection. Intec Microsystems also reserves the right to refuse the return should the evidence be insufficient to support the claim.
  8. Products that have been incorrectly supplied by Intec will not incur a restocking fee and will be collected at the earliest point.
  9. For goods that fall under manufacturer warranty, the customer agrees that if advised by Intec Microsystems, they will liaise directly with the manufacturer to remedy or replace the goods.
  10. All configured items are non-cancellable/non-returnable (NCNR), except where goods are incorrect or faulty.
  11. By submitting your return request, you agree to our terms and conditions and state that all information in the returns form is correct. You also agree to a potential £20 admin charge should return instructions not be followed upon discovery at Intec Microsystems (Labels & Packaging).
  12. Intec Microsystems reserves the right to refuse any returns submitted.

UI Returns

UI – Customer submitting an RMA Ticket Instructions

Warranty cases are managed through our Warranty portal found at rma.ui.com.

Once you've created an account and logged in you can start by selecting the "Submit RMA" option in the top right-hand corner and follow the step-by-step instructions provided. Intec Microsystems Ltd must be selected as the seller in order for us to receive and process the ticket.

Once complete you'll be able to see the status of your open warranty cases by logging into rma.ui.com at any time.

  • Collections:
    • If you require immediate access to your components or have specific logistical needs, collection from our warehouse is available. Please coordinate with our team to arrange a convenient collection time.
  • Pallet Deliveries (For Large Orders):
    • For substantial orders, we utilise pallet deliveries to ensure safe and efficient transport.
    • It is essential to inform us if your delivery location has the necessary facilities to unload pallets, including:
      • Adequate space for pallet unloading.
      • Safe parking for delivery vehicles.
      • Any specific requirements for unloading equipment (e.g., forklifts).
    • Providing this information in advance will help facilitate a smooth and timely delivery process.
